We stand behind the quality of our genetics with a Guaranteed Settle on all boars housed at Halphen Sires. While we are extremely proud of our excellent conception rates, we recognize that breeding livestock involves variables outside of our control. As such, we are committed to providing a replacement for any non-settled semen through our Guaranteed Settle Policy.

This policy applies if you are breeding one female per two doses. It is void if you split the dose and settle one sow but miss the other, or miss both. Additionally, if the semen has exceeded 5 days since it was shipped or if breeding did not go as planned, the guarantee will not apply.

To qualify for the Guaranteed Settle Policy, we require notification of a non-settle within 30 days of the original semen shipment. Once the proper conditions are met, Halphen Sires will provide semen for one re-breed (two doses) at no charge. However, the buyer is responsible for all associated re-breeding costs, including packaging, shipping, and any additional fees.

Replacement orders will be processed in the order they are received. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that the same boar will be available for re-breeding.
